Customer Rating: Summary: Great while it worked Comment: I found this product very effective for relieving muscle tension. It was better for upper back than lower -- didn't really reach that low, and I am 5'6". The product had a faulty cord and would stop / resume operation if the cord was jiggled. Now after 8 months, it has completely stopped working. I am contacting Homedics to see if they can help me as it should be under warranty. It would be great if Homedics could produce this with better quality, and quieter. The noise is enough to interfere with hearing the TV if your volume is low. If the unit was not defective and quieter, I would give it 4 stars.
Customer Rating: Summary: Skip this one, but stick w/ homedics shiatsu Comment: I have a cheaper version of this that only has two rollers and less programing options. I bought this upgrade for my brother's birthday and was disappointed. It doesn't feel as good as my cheaper one.
The extra expense is wasted partly on lighted rollers. Yes, they look neat when the thing is on and toddlers will be intrigued. However, I have to ask: Why do we need lighted rollers that we are going to be leaning back on?
Customer Rating: Summary: Back Massager Comment: I found the product to be as advertised and I and my wife are more than pleased with our purchase.
Customer Rating: Summary: Try it before you buy it. Comment: I bought it for my wife. She said it was too rough and harsh in all modes. Perhaps a foam cushion would help. We sent it back and have been waiting two weeks for the refund.
Customer Rating: Summary: HoMedics Quad Roller. Comment: Works great! Note that the horizontal roller adjustment only works in the straight up and down massage mode, but it still gives a great massage in either mode. Good experience overall.
