Summary: Lost 42lbs in 6 Weeks the healthy way
Comment: I weighed 178 this is when i was 19 i took trim spa and some other natural supplements. I lost 46lbs in 6 weeks, I cut out all Bread that is a big part to loosing weight don't eat any bread, i don't drink pop and am not big on sweets i cut it all out. for dinner i would eat a party platter of fruit or veggies i may have some bake chicken or grilled salmon. I did not starve my self i drop down to 128 and a size 6 i keep it off for 3 1/2 years then when i got a car and was not walking as much to catch the bus i Plato at 134. This stuff works I used it with the trim advantage system through quixtar which are all yes natural you can look up the company and do some homework. I worked out one during those 6 weeks but i am an active person. When you cut bad food out your diet you will loose more than 2 lbs a week which is healthy if you diet in a health way. This is what worked for me.

Comment: I took Trimpspa for about 2 months, and with an exercise program and eating right I lost about 14 pounds. I would recommend this product to anyone who is serious about losing weight with exercise and eating healthy.

Comment: I've tried alot of diet pills (stacker, hydroxycut, metabolife, farenheit, slimquick, leptoprin, etc.) and trimspa has worked the best for me. I'm not gonna lie. I'm pretty lazy. I lost more weight while doing minimal physical activity with trimspa that I did with any of the others. I probably would have done even better if I had actually excercised more. The nice thing about trimspa is that I didn't get the jitters that I would get with some of the other pills. I can take trimspa before I go to bed and have to problem sleeping.

Comment: I think it's a great product. I did not take it for an extended period of time but I do feel like it was helpful in weight loss. I worked out and ate smaller portions but with that and this and I was able to lose weight quickly. Also, there aren't any side effects like rushed heart rate or anything. It's great.
