Comment: Doesn't contain my hunger, I workout so I get hungry so this doesn't even curb it or give me energy. Occasinally if I side track my mind it kicks in, but otherwise I am going back to Stacker for the energy.

Comment: I could not tell if the trimspa was helping me lose any weight because I began a work-out routine and changed my diet. The pills have way too much caffeine and just made my heart-rate speed up at times I did not want it to. Directions indicate take one at breakfast, one at lunch, and two at dinner, So I was getting ansy at work. I would recommend starting out with half at breakfast and lunch, then one at dinner for the first two weeks.

Comment: I reached my target-goal in just over three months following the TrimSpa Plan.
TrimSpa is the only diet plan that has ever worked for me. I took 1 pill in the morning, another in the afternoon and a couple in the evening. I usually drank water throughout the day. For dinner I would eat a small lean cuisine dinner or some skinless chicken or a piece of poached salmon.
Keep in mind that exercise is the key ingredient if you want to lose weight quickly; because you want to be sure your energy out-take (exercising) is much greater than your energy intake (eating.) I did not fully grasp the importance of this concept until I started the TrimSpa Plan. On average, I exercised between one hour and two hours daily. Some days I exercised on my treadmill for up to three hours.
TrimSpa worked for me because it cut out my appetite. Yes, I still thought about food. But the hunger-pangs and urges were no longer there.
There were many days that I had zero appetite. I can't tell you how much this helped because I wanted to lose the excess weight as quickly as possible! Unfortunately, on some of these days I also felt nauseous (mostly only during the mornings) after I took my TrimSpa. But after a few weeks I got used to this.
After I started the TrimSpa Program I started to feel much better, overall. I no longer had heartburn, I slept much better, I no longer got headaches and I no longer got cramps in my legs or felt sore after I worked out. I also had a lot more energy once I started exercising and taking TrimSpa. And my skin, body and complexion absolutely glowed; it was never more clear or glistening in my entire life.
I recommend the TrimSpa Program to anyone who wants to lose as much weight as quickly and as healthy as possible. Once I started dieting and following the TrimSpa Plan I felt great!
Also, I wanted to tell you a story that reaffirmed my total belief in the quality and care of TrimSpa. Last year (before I reached my target-goal,) I went to GNC on my lunch-hour to purchase some more. And the cashier there was very rude and did not want to sell it to me. Can you believe this? He actually told me that TrimSpa should not be used as a diet pill. He also proceeded to berate me for choosing this product. And, when I was adamant on purchasing TrimSpa the GNC employee insisted that I also purchase a GNC-branded multi-vitamin. This just slapped of gross negligence and shameless self-promotion. His comments were both obscene and offensive not to mention incredibly ignorant and irresponsible. I came to this GNC store to purchase a product that GNC was contracted to sell and their employee did not want to sell it to me. My personal health is only up for discussion with my primary care physician; not with the hourly mall employee. In any event, later that same day, I called the GNC corporate headquarters to file a complaint against this rude person. And the lady I spoke to at GNC didn't seem to care much that I was treated like this. She actually acted like it was acceptable for her employee to refuse to sell a product (TrimSpa) even though GNC was contracted to sell/market it. So, I decided to send a detailed letter to TrimSpa informing them about the abhorrent way GNC treated me. Within less than a week, I received a letter of apology from a TrimSpa executive, a 3-month supply of X32 and several other free products, including a promotional DVD with Anna Nicole. This was very kind of them and totally unnecessary since it was not their fault that GNC treated me so shabbily. But now that they got me, TrimSpa has a customer for life!

Comment: I seriously don't think these pills do anything. Maybe they're just a placebo experiment and the only effect they really have is making you THINK they are helping control cravings.

Comment: As always with all of junk on the market I was very skeptical, but after receiving my first bottle, I can say it does work. Do not count on miracle, because it is nothing like that.
It will help you in suppressing your appetite and eating desire, which means that portions and sizes will be smaller and you won't fill hungry after that. If you don't put out some mental effort these pills will not work for you, you will still eat as much as you like.
Remember they are great help but not absolute solution. I take one pill every 2 ½ hours, then I eat as much raw fruits and raw vegetables as I like to, except that I have one full meal per day, I do not drink any liquid except tomato juice, one coffee and water, no soda or any preprocess sugar, I do exercise one hour a day, and I am loosing one pound every two to 3 days, and not filling hungry, is it not all about????????????
