Summary: Start by being realistic.....
Comment: This is the first review I have written. And its because I initially had a really hard time deciding on this product because of all the misinformation out there. I feel as though there supplement industry is so manipulated that they hire people to spread bad press or write positive reviews. One site says the product is amazing. Another says its dangerous or doesn't work. Some of these other reviews seemed too good to be true and that made me nervous. So, here is my personal experience with Lipovarin:
I'm a 29 year old female. I was very healthy and active when I was younger, but in the past two years I had slipped into some bad habits. Mainly eating garbage and not exercising. As I got older, my metabolism slowed down. I reached a point last winter where I could no longer fit into any of my pants. I realized I could either give up and buy bigger pants or I could do something about it. I choose the latter. ( Where does it stop when you throw in the towel? "I'm no longer a medium, so I'll buy a large. I'm no longer a large, so I suppose I'll buy an extra large." No thanks.). I had about fifty extra pounds I wanted to lose (I'm 5' 7" and weighed approx 175 at my heaviest). So I started on a new dietary plan. I don't want to call it a diet, because it's not. Its a lifestyle change. No more pizza and chips and candy and soda. I don't feel deprived. I feel great. I also started working out at home. Simple things like situps, leg lifts, twists, and a variety of arm movements with 3 pound hand weights. Nothing too hard. I lost around 30 pounds in four months! I felt great. But my weight loss slowed to stop and I was not yet at my ideal weight. So I decided to get a dietary supplement to help me. I was unsure what to get. After a lot of research online, I decided to go with Lipovarin. I like it. I'm still watching what I eat and working out, but its given me a little boost. I have more energy and less appetite. I don't feel "full" persay, but definetly not hungry. I only take two in the morning and one in the afternoon. I don't like feeling shaky or lightheaded, which is a side effect of any diet pill. Don't fool yourself. Its a stimulant. Natural, safe, whatever.... I get shaky if I drink too much coffee too. Anyways. It might not be for you. But its working me for. But don't get me wrong; I didn't believe all the positive hype either. Its a total lie that you can eat anything you want and not work out and lose weight. If you're looking for a magic pill, stop wasting your time. Weight lose takes conviction and effort. The makers of most pills will try to sell you on the fact that their pill makes you lose weight. It doesn't. You make yourself lose weight. Only lazy people search out false hope. But if you're serious about losing weight. And if you're really trying hard and being honest with yourself about your expectations, Lipovarin might be a good solution. Instead of losing two pounds last week, I lost 4. Thats realistic! That comes out to 16 pounds in a month. I'm getting closer to my goal a little bit faster. I was realistic though.

Summary: Gosh....It Works!
Comment: I decided to try Lipovarin with reservations. I felt it probably wouldn't work. I used it for one month with little results. However, I struck with it and by the second month I started noticing the weight was coming off. By the third month, the weight really started coming off. By it's self I doubt this product whould have produced stellar results. I had also incorporated an exercise program and lower caloric intake. I've tried this approach many times before ending in complete failure. I feel the Lipovarin did curb my appetite and gave me the energy to stick with my exercise program, resulting in successful weight loss. Without Lipovarin, I doubt I would have stuck with my "program".

Summary: Great Stuff
Comment: I take 2 in the morning and 2 after lunch. After about 3 months I had lost 13 pounds. I work a lot and don't have much time to work out, but do some ranch work in the evenings. You have to be active to lose the weight, but the pills help curb your appetite. I am less hungry and eat less at regular meals. It also helps boost energy. I would ease into them and cut out all Sodas, it will make you jittery. I absolutely recomend this product.

Comment: So i never received my product because they sent it to a different state. all my contact info was correct with the company that i was ordering it from but the information was never transfered to amazon. i hadnt updated in a while and my shipping address was different. Make sure that your shipping address is always updated even if you already put down the shipping info with the company that your ordering it from. The info Never transfers.

Summary: 18 month report
Comment: People looking for a quick magic wand need to consider gastric surgery... I was looking for slow but steady weight reduction (am over 50). Since age 40, I was gaining about 3 to 5 pounds per year. In 18 months with Lipovarin I have lost 20 pounds. I did not change my diet or exercise habits. I do find less cravings for ice cream and sugar snacks, that I eat smaller portions at my meals, take more leftovers home from restaurant lunches. I take three with breakfast, sometimes take 3 with lunch (taking three with dinner keeps me up late). I also take Thyrotril, one per day. My weight trend has been reversed! I am now down enough that my knees can take treadmill work, which I started 3 days a week about a month ago. Long term health trends are more important to me than whether or not I lose 8 pounds in 2 weeks!
