Comment: I have only used the # steps part of the pedometer, trying to increase my walking level. I love the memory function as well, and it has additional features that may be useful to others.

Comment: I am very happy with the Omron Pedometer. I have been wearing it everyday since I got it. Unless I am wearing dress pants, I am able to put it in my pocket and wear it to work throughout the day discreetly with no problems. I have been trying to watch my steps in the goal of the 10,000 steps a day program so this pedometer is serving it's purpose for me. I did a lot of research before I purchased this one and I can say that I am very happy with my choice of the HJ-112.

Comment: This is an easy to use item and if you can measure your stride length the pedometer is quite accurate. It is lightweight and unobtrusive with an easy to read display.

Comment: I ordered this pedometer after another one I had broke. This one is great. I wear it everywhere and it is very accurate and easy to read. I have dropped this pedometer many times and it still works great. I have even ordered another on for my daughter and she loves it too.

Summary: Takes a licking - keeps on ticking!
Comment: OK - I'm sure Omron does NOT endorse this sort of stuff - but last week, while launching a boat, the motor stopped and I was forced to jump into the lake in my clothes....forgetting that my beloved Omron pedometer was in my pocket!! ACK! By the time I remembered it, the screen was partially filled with water and of course it didn't work....
But I took the battery out, shook out as much water as possible - and let it dry for several days. Then put the battery back in....and it WORKS!!!! I'm stunned!! But really happy because if I had to buy another pedometer - I'd have purchased THIS model again!
